Which areas do you offer a delivery service?
We are able to deliver and collect throughout the East Midlands (Derbyshire, Leicestershire, Nottinghamshire and East Staffordshire). We may be able to deliver to other locations. Please contact us to discuss your requirements.

Is there a delivery charge?
Yes, but this is dependent on your event location. Please complete our enquiry form and shall be happy to send you a quotation.

When do you deliver and collect the items?
We can deliver the day before and collect up to two days after the event. If you are using our dressing service, we shall liaise with the venue to ensure that all arrangements are in place in advance of your event start time.

Do we need to wash the linen afterwards?
No, we shall do this. All we need from you is to ensure that all linen is placed in the laundry bags ready for collection (plastic bags are okay). We also ask that you shake off free food and debris prior to repacking the goods.

Do we need to wash cutlery/crockery/glassware after use?
You do not need to wash cutlery/crockery/glassware before returning it to us, however, in the event that such items are returned to us unwashed we will charge an additional fee of 15% of the hire charge in respect of those items.

Do you require a damage deposit at the time of booking?
No, we do not request a damage deposit, however, if items are lost or returned damaged we may charge for the full cost of replacing the lost/damaged goods.
